Linda Simmons – The President of I~PRISE Communications, Inc.  After a successful nursing management career both in hospitals and as a consultant, established I~PRISE as a woman-owned small business ten years ago, and has achieved all internal and external business objectives.  Her experience involves the establishment of the Thousand Oaks Telecommunity Center under a grant from CalTrans.  The Center, located at the Civic Arts Plaza, is a state-of-the-art technology learning center formed via a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the Navy.  Linda also has extensive experience in the coordination and conduct of business partnering / outreach events such as the Business Outlook Conference for the Ventura County Economic Development Association.  Her most recent event entitled "Ventura County's Technology Assets" was conducted at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and showcased a broad variety of technology presenters.

Bill Simmons - A Principal of I~PRISE Communications with over 25 years of consulting experience to the Navy in the areas of Engineering and Logistics, Information Technology, and Innovation.  In 1995 he coordinated the BRAC 95' Task Force on behalf of the Ventura County Economic Development Association(VCEDA) to defend the local military bases from closure.  He subsequently served as interim VCEDA President where he created the Housing Opportunities Made Easier(HOME) and Preserving Our Widely-Used Energy Resources(POWER) regional partnership task forces.  Bill currently provides strategy and planning expertise to the Naval Surface Warfare Center and Ventura County's Information Systems Department and Fire Protection District.  For the last ten years, he has been a passionate advocate for organizational transformation through collaborative partnerships in innovation, originating both within and external to his customer organizations.
