On June 1, 2006, I~PRISE Communications, Inc. was awarded a Seaport-e Contract, N00178-06-D-4762, through the Rolling Admissions process.  Together with our subcontractor, The Winslow Group, we are able to provide our services in both the National Capital and Southwest Zones.  In accordance with this contract, the following information will be provided upon award of our first task as a Seaport prime.

·    A copy of all task orders received under this contract;

·    A copy of all technical instructions issues against any task order;

·    A list of team members proposed and their capability/ area of expertise;

·    A list of the last 3 years services experience, for all team members listed at the Seaport-e Contractor Information Registration site, listed by functional areas and specific Program as appropriate.  The Contractor may also include a description of the products (deliverables) provided.

·    Points of Contact to provide information on customer satisfaction with the services performed.

·    A description of the Contractor’s Quality Assurance Program

·    Points of contact information related to the Seaport program.

In the meantime, I~PRISE is currently performing work under Seaport as a subcontractor to New Direction Technologies Inc. (NDTI).
