Since 1995, I~PRISE Communications, Inc. (I~PRISE) has focused on developing and applying process improvement methodologies and technologies to help organizations become more efficient and effective in their operations. From an enterprise perspective, we have consistently focused our attention on strategies for creating organizational alignment and accelerating innovation. As a rule, we continually apprise our customers of the latest state-of-the-art improvements as well as our own developments. Our developments often precede the large consulting entities deployments as the large companies are driven by their need for revenue rather than the best interest of the customer. We advocate use of a standard process model integrated into an enterprise construct driven by an engine for innovation. Our services are based on the principles that an enterprise can only be optimized in its effectiveness and efficiency if all the processes are aligned for desired outcomes based on given resource and corporate governance constraints. I~PRISE customers include the Port Hueneme Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (PHD NSWC) for Information Technology (IT) strategy and planning, CalTrans for the establishment of a Telecommunity Center, Blue Cross for the development of a Telemedicine Network, the County of Ventura’s Information Systems Department for e-Government strategy and Fire Department for an IT strategy, and the Ventura County Economic Development Association as a change agent (interim president).
